Owner/Stylist

Ashley has an incomparable passion for hair color and color correction creating a customized experience for each and every guest that sits in her chair. It is important to her to ensure a clients desired look fits both their look and lifestyle.

Ashley is passionate about continuing her education on both the technical and business side of this industry and is always searching for new classes to keep the salon up to date with trends and specialities.  

Ashley is detail oriented and calculated in everything she does. If you're looking for a stylist who pays attention to detail, she is the stylist for you!

When she isn't at the salon, Ashley is spending time with her family. She is happily married to her husband, Jeremy, and chasing around her three young daughters. From spending time on the river, to camping with her family, she doesn't mind getting dirty after a girly-day at the salon!

Specializing in blondes to brunettes, Ashley is sure to make you feel and look amazing in her chair.

Stylist

Shirley graduated Paul Mitchell the school Delaware in 2015 and hit the ground running. Nine years later she developed a strong drive for hair color and new fun styles. You can find anything from a beautiful balayage to a fiery red head sitting in her chair. To her there’s nothing better then a nice fresh cleaned up cut, for you it could be just a trim or maybe it’s time for the big chop. Shirleys main goal has always been to give her clients the best cut and color to suit their lifestyle. When she’s not behind the chair enjoying time with my clients she likes to be with her sweet dog Vader (yes shes that dog mom), family and friends, whether it be Sunday dinners, or just simply hanging out. Continuous education is so very important to her, Shirley’s always ready to learn something new. Between classes, bouncing ideas off coworkers and constantly scrolling through instagram looking for new techniques, she plans to keep herself motivated and at the top of my game for you!

Stylist

Heather has been in the industry for 20 years. She has as much passion for this job now as the first time she stood behind the chair. As her passion grows for this industry so do her skills. She is continually learning and growing as a stylist. Her talents are not limited to one type of service. She has a wide range of clientele of all ages. From that first haircut, prom or wedding updos, from mens cutting to color services, Heather is happy to be a part of your everyday life or for those special events. She is also a licensed massage therapist. Her philosophy is the inside of the body is as important as the outside. Look good and feel good! When she isn’t at the salon Heather is spending time with her “boys”, fiancé Matt and sons Colby, Landon & Hayden.

Stylist

Calista completed her education at Paul Mitchell the School Delaware and plans to further her education and keep up to date with trends. Despite finishing hair school in 2018, she has always loved beauty and started doing hair and makeup for friends and family years before that. The beauty industry has always been a passion of hers and she loves to be able to put her passion into a career that makes others look and feel beautiful. Calista loves to do color services, but she specializes in balayage and blonding services. She loves to provide lived in colors with a seamless grow out. She cares about the integrity of the hair and uses her education to maintain it. In addition to color services, Calista also provides volume weft extension services and facial waxing services. She is a homebody at heart so when she isn’t in the salon, she is at home loving on her baby boy, taking care of her plants, or baking a sweet treat for everyone to eat.

Stylist

Kaleigh has been a hairstylist for 10 years, what once was a childhood dream became her reality. As a 2015 Paul Mitchell School of Delaware graduate, she started her career behind the chair and has created lasting and trusting relationships with clients that she has maintained throughout her career. She is experienced in all color/highlighting and balayage/ foilayage, but has a strong passion for hair cutting specially short styles and mens cuts. Kaleigh effectively listens to your needs and lifestyle, ask questions to clear up any confusion and prevent misunderstandings, and strives for perfection with every client. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts with her fiancé, going to the mountains, and spending time with her two dogs. If you sit in her chair you are guaranteed to have a great experience and beautiful hair.

Stylist

Devin is a laid back stylist that loves guiding you towards your best self, in her chair and at home. She takes pride in creating natural lived in looks that last, allowing you to enjoy life a little bit more between sessions. Thirteen+ years behind the chair though, she has done it all and finds joy in all client requests. One particular service she defers are fantasy themed colors. When she’s off work, she enjoys time with her husband and pup. You can usually find them at all the eateries as they’re big foodies, often accompanied by family. She loves surrounding herself with good people and enjoying the simple things life has to offer.

Stylist

Delaney became a cosmetologist because she loves getting the opportunity to make people feel beautiful. Her goal is to provide clients with a comfortable space in her chair, where they can talk, laugh, sing, and create lasting relationships that will keep them coming back! She is constantly looking to learn new things and keep up with the latest trends. She will go the extra mile to make sure her clients receive the look they want and leave with a smile on their face! Stylist

Shaina completed her cosmetology education at Paul Mitchell the School Delaware and graduated in 2019. She plans to further her education more into hair extensions and more glamorous services. Shaina enjoys any color services specializing with fun colors to blondes. She also enjoys cutting whether that be men’s cuts to any woman’s styles! She has known she wanted to be a cosmetologist since a young age, from doing prom makeup, updos, to any special event! She strives to continue her education/ keeping up with the latest trends. When she is not in the salon, she is busy at home enjoying her time with her beautiful daughter, and going on adventures. As a mother and full time cosmetologist she understands the hustle and bussle of everyday life and would love to provide you a time of relaxation and her undivided attention to make you feel beautiful.

Stylist

Brittany started working in the hair industry in 2012, and has been behind the chair since graduating Paul Mitchell Hair School in 2015. She is a second generation hair stylist in her family, so she grew up with the passion of making people look and feel beautiful. She enjoys servicing her community, is always looking to learn new things, and strives to keep up on the latest trends and education. She has had multiple amazing mentors throughout her career, which have given her opportunities to travel for classes and learn from other stylists from around the world, as well as being invited to work the New York fashion week. Brittany loves providing color services such as blonding, balayage, “lived-in” color, and gray coverage. If you are looking for a change, she is always willing to give you her professional opinion on what she thinks will work best for you. Brittany aims to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. It is her goal to also educate her clients on at home hair care; whether that be teaching you how to straighten or curl your hair, as well as product knowledge. When Brittany isn’t working behind the chair, she is out spending time with her husband, Shane, or she’s home snuggling with her cats. She loves all things spooky and enjoys listening to true crime podcasts or tv shows. Whether you’re looking for a new color or cut, Brittany is looking forward to seeing you and helping you achieve your hair goals!

Junior Stylist 

Julia has been in the beauty industry for as long as she can remember being the 3rd generation of hairstylist in her family. She graduated from the Cecil County School of Technology and after that continued her education by learning from her mom and other stylists around. She has found a love for everything from lived in blondes, packed in highlights, or just a basic root touch up. Julia also loves to do makeup, whether it’s a formal occasion or bridal. She also provides facial and eyebrow waxing along with brow tinting. Julia is always eager to learn new techniques and new hair trends. When not in the salon you’ll find her at home watching scary movies, hanging with family and friends, or sitting down building legos. Julia is so excited to meet all of you and get through your hair journeys together!

Junior Stylist 

Ever since Tori was a little girl she’s wanted to be a hairstylist. She enjoys making people feel happy, beautiful, and confident while in her chair. Tori’s absolute favorite services to do in the salon are spray tans, updos, and lived in colors. She is constantly looking for ways to grow as a stylist, learn the current hair trends, and further her education. When not in the salon you can find Tori either reading, baking, crafting, or playing with her fur babies. She cannot wait to meet you and hopes to make your hair dreams come true!
